Melissa Beers

Melissa Beers, MSN, MHA, RN, has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Care Coordination and Health Information at Select Medical since December 2016. Prior roles include Vice President of Care Coordination and Regional Chief Nursing Officer at the same organization. Before that, Melissa held various leadership positions at Select Specialty Hospital, including Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, experience includes serving as Clinical Coordinator at Davita Dialysis and as an Adjunct Faculty member for the nursing program at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College. Melissa started the nursing career as a Charge Nurse at both Select Specialty Hospital and University Hospitals of Cleveland. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ursuline College.
