Tonya Vann

Tonya Vann is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Recruiting Manager at MedTrainer since January 2022, Vann oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, develops strategic hiring practices, and promotes MedTrainer's values and culture. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Recruiting Consultant where Vann worked with various clients such as Kraft, Verizon, and GE Healthcare while providing recruitment services remotely for 15 years. Earlier roles include Senior Associate Recruiter at PwC, where Vann managed the national agency vendor program, and Human Resources Business Partner at Delta Dental Insurance. Vann holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baker College.
