Kenneth Kangoma

Kenneth Kangoma is a seasoned program manager currently leading initiatives at Medtronic LABS in West Africa, focusing on comprehensive programme management from planning to evaluation. Previously, as Deputy Director at the Independent Commission for Peace and National Cohesion, Kenneth oversaw strategic planning for national conflict engagement and team leadership. At Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, high-level technical support was provided to health ministries, enhancing strategic planning and project implementation. Kenneth also served as Regional Lead at eHealth Africa, managing project staff and ensuring alignment with national health strategies. Early career experience includes a role as Deputy Program Manager at UNHCR, leading major projects to successful completion. Academically, Kenneth is pursuing a PhD in Public Administration from the University of International Business and Economics and holds a Master's in Peace and Development Studies and a Bachelor's in Sociology from Njala University.
