Amol Kodag

Amol Kodag currently serves as the Engineering Director and Head of R&D for the Cardiovascular Portfolio at Medtronic, focusing on advancing the company's mission of alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. Prior to this role, Amol held various leadership positions at Eaton, including Engineering Leader for the Software, Connectivity, and IoT Center of Excellence, where responsibilities encompassed leading technology teams and developing connected solutions across multiple domains. Amol's career also includes engineering management in aerospace, cybersecurity, and software development, beginning with foundational work as a Software Engineer at Quexst Solutions and Ourem Microsystems. Amol holds a Master's degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
