Andrea Pan

Andrea Pan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and product building. Since September 2025, Andrea has been working as a Product Builder at Medtronic. Prior to this role, Andrea served at GoConqr from September 2021 to September 2025 as a Customer Support & Content Creator. Andrea's earlier career includes a significant tenure at DIRECTV Latin America from February 2009 to May 2019, where the role of Customer Service & Technical Support Manager involved integrating multicultural teams and achieving service goals. Andrea also developed leadership skills as a Customer Care Team Lead and started as a Technical Support Representative. Educationally, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Buenos Aires, a PhD in Epistemology and History of Science from Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero, and various certifications in education and business management. Additionally, Andrea has pursued courses in English and philosophy to further enhance skills.
