Carol Chia

Carol Chia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in analytics and shared services management. Currently serving as Principal Advanced Analytics at Medtronic, Carol translates business and talent needs into actionable analytics, focusing on workforce planning and performance management. Previous roles include HR Program Manager at Medtronic, where leadership was provided during the Global HRSS transformation, and HR Shared Service Director for APAC at Kerry Group, overseeing HR operations for over 2,200 employees. Additionally, Carol was Head of HR Shared Services at T-Systems and a Managing Consultant at IBM, where expertise in HRIS implementation was developed. Carol holds a Master in Information Technology and a Bachelor in Finance from the University of Malaya. Certifications include PMP, GPHR, GRP, and CCP.
