Cassandra Elgersma

Cassandra Elgersma is an experienced analytics consultant and financial analyst currently serving as an Advanced Analytics Consultant in Employee Relations and previously as Principal HR Data Analyst and Principal Financial Analyst at Medtronic since November 2017. Cassandra has led the development of key employee relations metrics to enable data-driven business insights and has provided forecasting and analysis for Structural Heart operations. Prior to this, Cassandra worked at Schechter Dokken Kanter from August 2004 to November 2017, managing over 50 analytic and forecasting projects in the context of business litigation, and supervising audits across various sectors. Cassandra began her career as a Capital Planning Intern at Kohler Co. in 2003. Cassandra holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Calvin University.
