Danny Meyers

Danny Meyers is an experienced mechanical engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer in Design Assurance and Operations at Medtronic since February 2018, Danny generates documentation for medical devices, performs micro welding, and analyzes data for implantable device energy components. Danny also contributes as a Mechanical Design Engineer for the University of Minnesota Solar Vehicle Project, focusing on the design and installation of the vehicle’s roll cage. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where oversight of polymer extrusion contributed to significant thin film production, a Project Manager Internship at APi Group, Inc., and service as an Aviation Electronic Technician in the US Navy, leading teams in troubleshooting complex aircraft issues.
