Debojyoti Banerjee

Debojyoti Banerjee is an experienced marketing and business leader with significant expertise in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. At Medtronic, Debojyoti served as Marketing Director and was a member of the India Leadership Team, overseeing marketing and strategy across all product lines and therapies. Additionally, Debojyoti held the position of Country Head for the Frontier Sub Continent, managing a business portfolio worth 30 million USD across Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. Prior roles at Johnson & Johnson included Sr General Sales Manager for the Ethicon Endo Surgery business in South India, and Regional Sales Manager for Eastern territories. Prior to this, Debojyoti held positions at Pidilite Industries and Kansai Nerolac Paints, focusing on market development and product management. Debojyoti holds an Executive Education degree in Strategic Management from the National University of Singapore and an MBA in Leadership and Finance from the Indian School of Business.
