Dr. Luis M. Ramirez

Dr. Luis M. Ramirez is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and education. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager for Cardiac Ablation Solutions at Medtronic since August 2018, Dr. Ramirez has previously held significant roles in change management and communications during a contract position at Medtronic and has managed operations across various companies, including serving as a Plant Manager at Flexible Packaging Group and Operations Manager at Hanes Narrow Fabrics. In addition to industry roles, Dr. Ramirez has contributed to academia as a Professor of Business Administration at Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez and as a part-time faculty member at Inter American University of Puerto Rico - Ponce Campus. Dr. Ramirez's educational background includes a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, and a BBA in Management from reputable institutions in Puerto Rico.
