Elizabeth Rauker

Elizabeth Rauker is an accomplished global program manager with extensive experience in records retention and eDiscovery, currently employed at Medtronic since November 2008 as a Global RIM Program Manager/eDiscovery Consultant/IT Liaison. Elizabeth successfully collaborates with Security, IT, and Compliance teams to develop processes that enhance business efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with legal obligations. Notable achievements include the implementation of a Level 5 Maturity global eDiscovery program through refined processes and metrics that resulted in significant cost reductions. Prior to Medtronic, Elizabeth served as a Project Manager at Merrill Legal Solutions, delivering successful eDiscovery project outcomes, and held the position of Senior Paralegal at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Paralegal Certification from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute.
