Erin McEachren

Erin McEachren is an accomplished leader in the medical technology field, currently serving as Vice President & General Manager of Enabling Technologies: Cranial and Spinal Technologies at Medtronic since February 2023. McEachren holds additional responsibilities as a Non Executive Director at Conexus Healthcare. Prior to Medtronic, McEachren was Regional Vice President Surgical at Johnson & Johnson Vision and Managing Director Europe at NuVasive. Experience also includes significant roles at Alcon, Stryker Orthopedics, and Canadian National Ski Team as an athlete. McEachren's educational background includes two Executive Global MBAs focused on Globalization & Emerging Markets from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and Esade, and degrees in Kinesiology and Community Development from the University of Colorado Boulder.
