James Inabinett

James Inabinett has over 18 years of experience in packaging and labeling within the medical device industry, primarily at Medtronic since March 2005, where James has held various roles culminating in Senior Engineering Manager. Inabinett has successfully led teams, including a group of Packaging Engineers and Labeling Specialists, and has been recognized with multiple awards such as the Medtronic Women's Network FY20 Engage Award and a 2019 Star of Excellence Team Award for excellence in EO Sterilization. In addition to managerial roles, Inabinett has a strong engineering background, highlighted by the granting of a patent for an innovative packaging feature and significant contributions to sterilization process improvements. Earlier experience includes a Packaging Development Intern position at Playtex Products, focusing on package design for infant care products. Inabinett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science from Clemson University.
