Joe Dipietro

Joe DiPietro is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineering Manager at Medtronic since September 2017, Joe leads a team of 15 engineers to ensure the availability of over 1,000 product offerings in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) therapies, managing a budget of $20 million and generating annual revenues nearing $1 billion. Prior to Medtronic, Joe held key roles at Halyard Health, where significant contributions included leading design activities for a successful RF nerve ablation device and managing new product development in pain management. Additional experience includes positions at Plasma Surgical, Inc. and Animas Corporation, which involved process development and mechanical expertise in the design of sophisticated medical devices. Joe holds an MBA from the University of Delaware and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
