Julie Le is currently a Robotics Research and Development Engineer II at Medtronic, involved in the Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery project since April 2024. Prior experience includes a Motion Control and Software/Firmware Engineer Intern role at KLA, where Julie implemented motion control systems for reticle inspection and developed test software. Julie also contributed as a Graduate Student Researcher at LCSR JHU Robotics and held research assistant and co-op positions at Drexel University and various Johnson & Johnson divisions, focusing on robotic sensing, highly articulated tooling, and medical device testing. Julie holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Robotics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
