Kara Southall

Kara Southall possesses extensive experience in clinical research, particularly in acute care and post-market clinical surveillance. From December 2019 to December 2022, Kara served as Director of Clinical Research at Medtronic, managing oversight of global postmarket clinical portfolios and participating in strategic initiatives at the executive level. Previous experience includes work as a Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder focused on vascular aging and obesity, as well as serving as a Lead Exercise Physiology Laboratory Teaching Assistant. Kara holds a Master of Science in Integrative Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics, both from the University of Colorado Boulder.
