Kelly Carey

Kelly Carey is a seasoned procurement and sourcing professional with extensive experience in leading global initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Medtronic since 2017, Kelly oversees a global procurement transformation strategy, focusing on the implementation of a centralized platform and enhancing supplier management and compliance. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at Medtronic from 2006 to 2016, including Director of Global Sourcing and Category Director for Indirect Supply Management, where a sustainable supplier relationship management program was established. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role at Raytheon, managing a significant budget for indirect services. Kelly holds an MBA and a BS in Business and Communication from Babson College.
