Kevin E. Lofton

Mr. Lofton served as the Chief Executive Officer of CommonSpirit Health from February 2019, following the merger between Catholic Health Initiatives and Dignity Health, until his retirement in June 2020. Mr. Lofton previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Health Initiatives from 2003 to 2019, and also held various executive management roles with Catholic Health Initiatives beginning in 1998. Mr. Lofton has also served as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer from 1993 to 1998 at UAB Hospital and from 1990 to 1993 at Howard University Hospital, as well as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of University Medical Center, Jacksonville, Florida, now known as UF Health - Jacksonville from 1986 to 1990.
