Lisa Chai

Lisa Chai is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in project management and test automation. Currently serving as the IT Manager and Head of Regional Services at Medtronic since April 2010, Lisa has also held positions as a Project Manager and Test Team Lead, where responsibilities included IT key account management and executing SAP and .Net automation testing. Prior to Medtronic, Lisa worked at SAP as a Developer and Senior Test Automation Engineer, focusing on web-based automation testing and development within the SAP ByD framework. Additionally, Lisa’s career began at BearingPoint, where as a Senior Test Engineer, responsibilities included leading test teams and conducting performance testing. Lisa Chai holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
