Lynn Oster

Lynn Oster is an accomplished leader in the medical field, currently serving as Vice President of Global Clinical Research and Medical Science at Medtronic since December 2021, and previously holding the role of Sr Director of Global Medical Affairs for Peripheral Vascular from August 2011 to January 2022. With a robust medical background, Oster excels in building and leading high-performing teams, navigating complex therapeutic landscapes, and understanding customer and cross-specialty dynamics. Prior to Medtronic, Oster served as Manager of Professional Education at Cordis Corporation and spent two decades at Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a Nurse Clinician and Project Manager specializing in clinical trials related to cardiothoracic surgery and interventional cardiology. Oster earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bowling Green State University.
