Mamta Bawa

Mamta Bawa is an experienced professional in human resources with a current role as HR Shared Services Specialist at Medtronic since May 2020, where Mamta has also served as Project Coordinator HRBO APAC and Senior Executive Human Resources. Prior to this, Mamta worked as a Junior International Payroll Specialist at Safeguard Global from July 2019 to May 2020, managing payroll services and ensuring the completion of payroll deliverables. Mamta's career began at Wipro Limited from June 2016 to May 2019 as a Delivery Specialist, gaining proficiency in multiple processes and tools such as SAP ERP, Workday, and Service Now. Mamta holds an MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University and a B.Sc. in Medical Chemistry from Mukand Lal National College.
