Melinda Lee

Melinda Lee is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving at Medtronic since 1996, specializing in InterStim Neuromodulation Therapy for urinary and bowel control. Prior to Medtronic, Melinda held sales management positions at Circon Surgitek from 1981 to 1996, focusing on implantable devices for plastic and urological surgery, and worked as a sales representative selling to plastic surgeons and urologists. Early career experience included a sales representative role at Johnson & Johnson in 1980, where Melinda sold surgical disposables. Melinda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Illinois University, obtained in 1978.
