Michael Blenkin

Michael Blenkin is a seasoned professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as Business Director for Robotic & Digital Surgery ANZ at Medtronic since July 2017, where previous roles included Strategic Marketing Director and Commercial Strategy & Innovation Manager within the Cardiovascular Group. Prior to Medtronic, Michael held the position of National Sales Manager at Reid Healthcare and worked at St. Jude Medical as a Territory Manager and Field Technical Specialist. Early career experience includes roles at London Bridge Hospital as Deputy Manager of Cardiology and Chief Cardiac Physiologist, as well as a position as Cardiac Scientist at Queensland Health. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Sydney Business School and further leadership training from INSEAD. Additional academic credentials include a Medical Device Marketing certification from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Physiology from The University of Queensland.
