Michael Schneeberger

Michael Schneeberger has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the Cardiovascular Portfolio at Medtronic since July 2010. Schneeberger's extensive career at Medtronic includes leadership roles across various sectors, such as Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas and Asia Pacific, and Group Vice President for the Minimally Invasive Therapy Group. Prior to joining Medtronic, Schneeberger held the position of HR Director at Carrier Corporation and Tribune Company, and worked in HR and labor relations at Ford Motor Company. Educational qualifications include a BS in Employee Relations/Economics from Michigan State University, an MS in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University, and completion of the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University.
