Michelle Gronemeyer

Michelle Gronemeyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering program management, particularly within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Medtronic, Michelle leads initiatives in CRM device management and global software expansion, while facilitating product team transformations. Prior to this, Michelle held various leadership roles at Data Recognition Corporation, including Vice President of Education Program Management and Information Services, where responsibilities included contract fulfillment, overseeing software development teams, and steering organizational transitions to agile processes. With prior experience at Medtronic and other organizations, Michelle possesses a strong background in software engineering, project management, and team leadership. Michelle earned an MBA in Information and Decision Sciences and a BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
