Nikolai Nikola

Nikolai Nikola, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as a Senior AI Engineer at Medtronic since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nikolai worked as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at LiteBC from November 2024 to September 2025. From December 2017 to October 2024, Nikolai contributed to Imagry | Autonomous Driving in various capacities, including Machine Learning Tech Lead, Machine Learning Team Lead, and Machine Learning Engineer. Nikolai holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed between 2013 and 2016.
