Patricia McPhee

Patricia McPhee is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organization Effectiveness at Medtronic. McPhee has held various leadership positions at Medtronic, including SVP and Interim Co-CHRO, as well as Vice President of Talent and Leadership Development and HR Business Partner for Global Functions. Prior to joining Medtronic, McPhee served as SVP of Global Talent Management at Best Buy and held senior HR roles at Bank of America and 3M.
