Raman Bahulekar

Raman Bahulekar is a highly experienced Principal Scientist at Medtronic since November 2016, specializing in the medical device industry with expertise in polymer synthesis, biomaterials, and implantable drug delivery devices. Previously, Raman served as a Senior Scientist at TYRX Inc. (now Medtronic) from June 2001, where significant contributions were made to polymer, biomaterials, and drug delivery systems, including establishing a GMP-compliant polymer manufacturing facility. Raman's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a focus on polymers from the University of Poona, along with various research roles at institutions such as Rutgers University, Rice University, and the National Chemical Laboratory.
