Sami Graves

Sami Graves is an accomplished recruiting professional with a strong background in campus recruiting and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Campus Recruiting Team Lead - Engineering at Medtronic since May 2019. In this role, Sami leads a team of engineers, develops strategic recruiting frameworks, and enhances intern programming while collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Campus Recruiter in Supply Chain at Medtronic, where Sami executed intern recruiting strategies and built relationships with key functional leaders. Sami also worked at General Mills and gained experience as a Campus Recruiter and Recruitment Assistant, alongside positions at Tennant Company, 3M, HealthFitness, and Eleven Twenty Consulting. Sami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
