Sharon Will

Sharon Will is the Sr. Director of Manufacturing Technology Strategy at Medtronic, where they lead an international team of Manufacturing Subject Matter Experts in defining technology roadmaps. Previously, Sharon held various engineering roles at Covidien, including Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and was a Process Engineer at Mallinckrodt Baker, Inc. Sharon also served as a Varsity Fencing Coach at Lafayette College, increasing the team size significantly. Sharon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and two Master's Degrees in Engineering Management and Business Administration from Western New England University, achieving a perfect GPA in the latter.
