Shelby Piette

Shelby Piette has over nine years of experience in the medical device and healthcare sectors, most recently serving as Senior Program Manager for Surgical Commercial Operations at Medtronic from December 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included strategic initiatives and change management. Previously, Shelby held various strategic planning and program management roles within Medtronic, focusing on cardiac ablation solutions and diabetes business transformation. Additional experience includes owning and operating Sani Sport of MN, LLC, and working in various analytical and client service roles at Universal Hospital Services, Ecova, and Zero Variance. Shelby earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts in strategic communications from the University of Minnesota.
