Sonja Olson is a Principal Training and Marketing Specialist with over 20 years of experience in educational development, training, and project management within the medical device industry. They have held various roles, including Sales Training at Guidant and Principal Clinical Advisor at Boston Scientific, where they developed impactful training materials and methods. Currently, Sonja serves as the Director of Programs at Sophie's Squad, focusing on improving the mental health of athletes through educational initiatives. They also founded DTA2 Consulting, specializing in cardiology and electrophysiology, where they bridge the gap between clinicians and engineers. Sonja earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saint Thomas.
