Swati Singh is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with over a decade of experience in leading recruitment strategies across the Indian subcontinent. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Medtronic since March 2014, Swati has held progressively responsible roles within the company, starting as Assistant Manager and advancing through Deputy Manager and Manager positions. Prior to joining Medtronic, Swati worked at PeopleStrong HR Services from February 2010 to March 2014 in various capacities, including Team Lead. Swati's early career included a role as HR Executive at Intelenet Global Services and a Management Internship at HCL Infosystems Ltd. Swati holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Services from ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University.
