Taji Onesirosan

Taji Onesirosan serves as an HR Business Partner and Consultant at Securian Financial since January 2023 and is also an appointed City Council Member for Section 1 in the City of Crystal as of April 2023. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Target from September 2018 to January 2023, including Sr. Business Partner HQ HR, Sr. Compensation Business Partner, and Lead HR Specialist, as well as a Customer Retention Specialist at SPS Commerce from July 2017 to September 2018. Taji Onesirosan was the Student Body Vice President at Bethel University from June 2015 to May 2017. Taji Onesirosan is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, expected to graduate in 2025, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree with double majors in Business and Political Science from Bethel University, completed in May 2017.
