Theresa Gravelle Foss

Theresa Gravelle Foss possesses extensive experience in information technology and data governance, holding several senior director positions at Medtronic, including roles focused on data governance, MDM strategy, and analytics solutions. Prior experience at Ecolab includes serving as Director of Global Master Data and Senior Master Data Manager, along with considerable expertise in finance as a Senior Finance Manager in pricing strategy. Theresa has also contributed as a Board of Directors member for SteppingStone Theatre and has experience managing family responsibilities as a full-time mom. Educationally, Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed between 1997 and 2001.
