Titus Arnold

Titus Arnold currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Commercial Operations and Customer Experience in the APAC region at Medtronic since June 2023. With an extensive career at Medtronic that began in 2006, Titus has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources for India and Commercial Excellence in APAC. Prior to joining Medtronic, Titus held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at GE - Consumer & Industrial from 2002 to 2006, and worked as Divisional HR Manager at Delphi Automotive Systems from 1999 to 2002. Titus's career commenced at Hindustan Lever Ltd as a Personnel Manager, where employment lasted from 1988 to 1999. Academically, Titus holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Political Science, and Economics from St. Joseph's College of Arts and Science.
