Vijay Kumar

Vijay Kumar is a seasoned professional in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Sr AI/Data Science Manager at Medtronic since June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Data Science Manager at Honeywell, where Vijay led the development of a comprehensive GenAI Platform and an innovative machine learning product that significantly reduced customer onboarding time while generating substantial productivity savings. With a strong background in machine learning algorithms, Vijay has also held positions at Criteo and TE Connectivity, focusing on predictive models and customer analytics. Vijay began a career in data engineering at Deloitte Consulting and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
