Vishal Agarwal

Vishal Agarwal is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in quality management and regulatory compliance within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Sr Engineering Manager for Supplier Quality at Medtronic since July 2024, Vishal previously held key positions at Tactile Medical and Abbott, where responsibilities included overseeing quality assurance and regulatory efforts. During a prior tenure at Medtronic, Vishal led a diverse team of engineers and scientists, significantly reducing attrition rates and driving compliance initiatives. With a strong foundation in materials engineering, Vishal holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota, a Master's in Materials Engineering from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor's in Polymer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
