Christine Dennis

Christine Dennis, MBA, PHRca, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. From 2019 to the present, they served as the Human Resources Director at Meduit | Driving Revenue Cycle Performance. In this role, they elevated to Director and implemented a cohesive leadership model for HR Managers and Generalists. Christine also spearheaded engagement and retention initiatives, oversaw performance management and succession planning, advised operational leaders on HR strategies, and ensured compliance with employment laws. Christine developed company policies, conducted audits, and provided coaching and support to team members. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2021, they were a Human Resources Manager at the same company, where they managed day-to-day activities, assisted with benefits administration, and led corporate projects to enhance employee engagement. From 2019 to 2020, Christine worked as a Human Resources Generalist. Before joining Meduit, they were the Owner of Window World from 2006 to 2019.

Christine Dennis, MBA, PHRca, SHRM-SCP, earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UNM Anderson School of Management from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Baylor University. In addition to their academic achievements, Christine has received the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) certification from HRCI in December 2021 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2020.
