Dennis Bell

Since 2005, Dennis Bell's leadership roles within Meduri Farms as Safety Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, Operations Manager, and now Facilities and Regulatory Manager have all given me exposure to one of their greatest assets, their employees. Each day we ship the fruit to customers around the world, and he is always thinking of the fact that the business they do with their customers enables them to provide good jobs for their employees.

One of his most memorable experiences was when Meduri Farms provided new backpacks and school supplies to the children of more than 300 of their employees. He was so fortunate to see the smiling faces when the kids came in with their parents to pick up their backpacks and school supplies. This is one of the many great things about Meduri Farms, and he is excited to be a part of the new projects and initiatives that will help them continue improving on what they do.
