David Diaz is an experienced culinary professional with a background spanning over 15 years in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Brand Chef for PRIMI&RIO at MEDUSA GROUP, s.r.o. since June 2018, David has previously held executive chef positions at several renowned restaurants, including Pavlac, Tiburon, La Boca, La Terrassa, and Ambiente. David began the culinary career as a Jefe de cocina at TORRE LA MINA SA and transitioned through roles that highlight expertise in kitchen management and culinary innovation. David holds a higher technician degree in cooking and gastronomy from ESCUELA DE HOSTELERIA JOVIAT MANRESA and has completed high school education at Instituto Lluis de Peguera.
