Rachelle Lund started their work experience in 2001 as an Assistant Manager II at Godfather's Pizza. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Graphic/Web Consultant at Great Plains Zoo and Delbridge Museum. Rachelle then joined Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy in 2008 and worked there until 2013 as a Senior Sales Associate, achieving a high ranking in annual sales and also training new hires. In 2013, they joined Medvantx as an Associate Director of Customer Experience. Additionally, they worked part-time as a Kennel Assistant at Smoken Dakota Kennels from 2013 to 2018, where they took care of dogs and handled customer interactions.
Rachelle Lund obtained their Bachelor's of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphic Design from South Dakota State University, attending from 2002 to 2008. In December 2020, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
