John Neal

John Neal is the Founder and Chairman of PCRS Network, LLC, established in January 2011, which comprises a network of independently owned high-quality Phase I, II, and III clinical trial sites across the United States. Additionally, John serves as an Advisor for MedVector Clinical Trials, focusing on empowering non-investigator physicians to offer clinical trials through local practices. John's previous experience includes serving on the Board of Trustees for the Association of Clinical Research Professionals from January 2016 to December 2020 and holding various leadership roles, including CEO, at Premier CMO from January 2007 until its rebranding in 2011 as PCRS Network. John Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Diego State University, completed between 1976 and 1980.
