Lucas Fults has gained extensive work experience in the veterinary field. Lucas started their career in 2013 as a Veterinary Assistant at MedVet and later became a Tier 3 Veterinary Assistant in 2017. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Clinical Manager at MedVet. Additionally, Lucas joined Emergency Animal Clinic, Inc. in 2013 as a Veterinary Technical Trainer. In this role, they developed a peer training program, oversaw wet labs, and provided individual training for existing employees and new-hires. Lucas worked closely with the medical director to improve the quality of care provided by the teams. Lucas is currently continuing their work as a Clinical Education Specialist at MedVet.
Lucas Fults attended Cedar Valley College from 2009 to 2011. While there, they studied Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant, although they did not obtain a degree.
