Oleg Gorbylev

Oleg Gorbylev has over 20 years of experience in business operations, leadership, sales, transformation and other areas. In 2002, they began their career as a Sales Manager at FAUNA. In 2006, they became a Dealer's Controlling Group Specialist at CJSC Belarussian Telecommunication Network. In 2007, they were appointed Head of Customer Team NSN BY (MTS Account) at Nokia. Oleg then held various roles at Nokia, including Head of Customer Team Ukraine (2010-2018), Head of Customer Teams MTS Central Asia and Belarus (2010-2018), Head of Customer Business Team Vodafone Ukraine & MTS Belarus (2010-2018), and Country Manager, Nokia Belarus (2010-2018). In 2018, they became a Startup Advisor at Startup Advisors Gang and a Board Member at bitnet. In 2019, they founded babyrock.online, an educational and family entertainment project. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at MEDvidi, where they oversee the daily operations of the organisation and the work of executives in the U.S. affiliates.

Oleg Gorbylev earned a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Economic Activity from the Intstitute of Business activity between 1997 and 2002.
