Luan Dysman Seixas

Luan Dysman Seixas has an extensive work experience in digital marketing and growth roles. Luan is currently the Head de Marketing - Performance, Growth, CRM at Medway | Educação Médica since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Growth - Senior Manager at 99 from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for acquiring passengers and drivers and increasing base retention. From 2019 to 2021, Luan worked at Laureate Education, Inc. as the Head of Digital Marketing, leading the acquisition of students for various brands. Luan also worked as the Head of Growth Marketing at Descomplica from 2017 to 2019, where they developed the Regulated Markets business unit and achieved significant revenue growth. Additionally, Luan served as the Digital Marketing Manager & E-commerce at Limppano from 2013 to 2017, where they created the first B2C e-commerce in the Brazilian cleaning industry. Luan began their career at UOL EdTech in 2009, starting as a Digital Analyst and later becoming a Marketing Manager, where they played a vital role in the growth of Concurso Virtual and Casa do Concurseiro brands.

Luan Dysman Seixas pursued an MBA in Strategic Marketing Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Digital Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2011 and 2013. Luan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have certifications in Viral Growth from Section (obtained in 2023) and Conversion Optimization from CXL. Luan also attended Colégio Pedro II from 1997 to 2006 for their high school education and IBEU between 2000 and 2006, where they obtained an Advanced English certificate focusing on teaching English as a second language.
