Petra Lütkewitte

Petra Lütkewitte has over twelve years of professional experience. In 2020, they began their role as Senior Vice President Clients/ International Recruiting at MEDWING, a Berlin-based healthcare tech company. Prior to that, they were a Project Leader and Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2017 to 2020. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Consultant at Deloitte, where they were the first participant of the new Monitor Deloitte Ambassador Program facilitating exchanges amongst Deloitte member firms. Petra also successfully completed Spanish-speaking client engagements on digital maturity and digital transformation for Telco and Pharma companies. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Intern at Hella Industries (Bachelor-Thesis), an Intern as part of the cooperative study programme, and a Human Resource Development Intern at Hella KGaA Hueck & Co, Lippstadt.

Petra Lütkewitte obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management in Industry from the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg, Mannheim in 2008-2011. In 2010, they participated in an Exchange Program at UC San Diego, studying Economics & Management. From 2012-2013, Petra obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Studies/CEMS Master in International Management from the University of Sydney Business School. In 2013, Petra obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in International Management CEMS Exchange from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In April 2013, Petra also obtained a CEMS MIM certification from CEMS.
