Devin Mangan has a diverse work experience in facilities management and drawing program administration. They started their career at Aurora Health Care in 2014, initially working as a CAFM Tech before being promoted to a CAFM Specialist. In this role, they played a crucial part in implementing and integrating the Archibus CAFM system within the Facility Operations division. They also supervised associates and managed the development and production of in-house life safety plan sets and a new method for evaluating and recording code required room pressure relationships and HVAC critical spaces for survey compliance.

In 2017, Devin joined Medxcel Facilities Management as a Life Safety Code CAD Specialist before being promoted to the role of Manager Facilities Drawings in 2018.
