Dominick Whelan

Dominick Whelan has a diverse background in project management and customer service. Dominick currently works as a Project Manager at Medxcel Facilities Management since 2020. Previously, they worked at Tangoe from 2015 to 2020, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Account Specialist. In these roles, they managed global mobility implementation projects for multinational companies, acted as a primary escalation point for customers and carriers, and provided operational helpdesk support. Prior to Tangoe, Dominick worked at American Family Insurance as a Licensed Sales Representative from 2013 to 2015, where they developed marketing programs, fostered relationship management, and produced marketing reports.

Dominick Whelan attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Communication-Print and also completed a Journalism Certificate with a minor in Sport Marketing and Management. Dominick'seducational focus was primarily on Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Additionally, Dominick has obtained two certifications: a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2022, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2021.
