Kody Horne

Kody Horne has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. Kody is currently working at Medxcel Facilities Management as the Manager of Talent Programs since December 2020. Prior to this, they were an HR Business Partner at Asurion from August 2017 to May 2020, where they helped people balance their reliance on technology. Before that, they served as an HR Business Partner at Willis Towers Watson from June 2015 to August 2017, where they helped clients turn risk into growth opportunities. Kody also worked as a Regional Recruitment Partner at Willis Towers Watson from July 2014 to June 2015. Kody started their HR career as a Recruiter at ettain group from August 2013 to July 2014. Kody also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Dentsply Sirona in 2012.

Kody Horne began their education at Cumberland University in 2008, where they studied Business Administration. Kody then transferred to Milligan College in 2009 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business, Business Management, and Spanish in 2012. In 2012, they also participated in the International Business Summer Program at Messiah University.

In addition to their formal education, Kody Horne has obtained several certifications. Kody is a certified Pickleball Coach through the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA). Kody is also a Brand Ambassador for JOOLA, a table tennis brand. Furthermore, they have completed a course on Leading Strategic Innovation Within an Organization and obtained a certificate from Coursera Verified Certificates.
